Global Population Development: Feeding People and the Advancement of Agriculture

To reduce the pressure of a growing world population on our planet, massive progress in the area of SDGs and international climate protection must be achieved. The restructuring of the energy system and the improvement of the quality of soils and the condition of natural carbon sinks in general, including the protection of forests and reforestation, play a special role for the basis of life and the nutrition of people. To finance such measures, the top emitters should be held more accountable, so that the world society becomes more just through a balanced inequality.
