Phase 2: Implementation of the Transformation
摘要
The implementation phase can be described as the heart of the entire agile transformation. In this phase, adjustments are made to the organization on several levels and the target image of the transformation is achieved step by step. A particular focus is on the structured collection of experiences in the form of pilots, who are selected for their suitability for agile ways of working. The pilot teams are supported in the adaptation of agile practices as part of operational change management and agile coaching, thus creating positive learning experiences. Feedback from the pilots and the organization is taken up by the transformation team and taken into account when adjusting the organization. As the adjustments to the organization by the transformation team increase, the conditions are created to gradually scale agile ways of working in the company and thus make them usable everywhere. Once the scaling of agile ways of working is complete, they have become established and the target image has been achieved, the transformation is concluded. With this conclusion, the circle of transformation is closed, but a continuous improvement process remains as a permanent task in the organization, with the aim of improving ways of working and corporate agility.
