摘要

This chapter summarizes the basics, methodology, and results of a study on the acceptance of different digital behavior change techniques and the relevance of various actors in the health care ecosystem. The starting point is the assumption that only accepted measures contribute to sustainable behavior change. The results show that measures based on the behavior change technique of goal setting and monitoring enjoy relatively high acceptance. The measure that is oriented towards autonomous motivation is always preferred. The study provides indications of factors that influence the acceptance of the different behavior change techniques. With regard to the actors in the ecosystem, a clear picture emerges: Doctors, family members, and/or people in the same household have the greatest relevance in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
