摘要

True compressions of the nerves in the groin area are extremely rare. Most often, these are functional disorders or postoperative consequences. From our own experience, as well as from the literature, compression syndromes of the ilioinguinal, obturator, and saphenous nerves are known in this region. Pudendal neuralgia is also a rare compression syndrome. This neuralgia is often not recognized or recognized very late, so that patients cannot be adequately treated for a long time.
