Das Anatolische in seinem Verhältnis zu den anderen Gliedern der indoeuropäischen Sprachfamilie aus aktueller Sicht
摘要
In this contribution I investigate the genetic classification of Anatolian based on traits from phonology, the lexicon, word formation, and inflectional grammar. I call particular attention to regressive consonantal assimilation, archaic semantics, difficult pronominal forms, case endings, the missing subjunctive mood, and the absence of feminine gender. The conclusion is that few phenomena possibly point to an earlier separation of Anatolian from the rest of Indo-European.
