In spite of some recent changes, significance tests are again conventionally used in most scientific experimental publications. According to this publication practice, each experimental result is dichotomized: significant vs. nonsignificant. But scientists cannot in this way find appropriate answers to their precise questions, especially in terms of effect size evaluation.
