Wut und Weiblichkeit. Der Körper als Zeichenträger von Alteritätserfahrungen
摘要
The staging of bodies is often connected with gender constructions. How bodies are seen or how they are treated often conveys binary ideas of masculinity and femininity. However, gender is not the only category associated with the body as a sign carrier. This article examines how the aspects of gender, rage, violence and the experience of alterity interpenetrate in the representation of the body. At the center is the staging of female-read bodies of characters whose behavior stands out from gender norms. The associated conflicts are intensified in those texts that show female protagonists who experience intercultural difference in the context of migration movements (cf. King 2020). This refers to individual experiences of boundaries and foreignness. Following Andrea Horvárth, we must ask how a poetics of alterity (2016) manifests itself in the sign carrier of the body.
