Unbehagliche weibliche Körper? Inszenierung gegenderter Körper in Cara Delevingnes Mirror, Mirror
摘要
The article is dedicated to Cara Delevingne’s “[t]wisty coming-of-age-novel” Mirror, Mirror and examines strategies of representation through which the female body in the novel becomes an object – of violence but also of narration. Analysing the three main characters from a gender theoretical standpoint, the article aims to show how violence is functionalised in youth media productions: either as an enlightening or exploitative moment.
