Frankl’s Time in the Concentration Camp—An Example of Resilience?

Authors repeatedly emphasize that Frankl is an example of “extraordinary resilience” for them (Mourlane 2015, p. 27). This is particularly evident in his book “…saying yes to life in spite of everything. A psychologist experiences the concentration camp”. However, he emphasizes that he owes his life more to luck or chance than to any resilience factor.
