Spiritual Resilience
摘要
Today, there is much talk of resilience (from Latin “resilio”: to bounce back, to rebound), of an inner strength, durability, and elasticity, thanks to which we can also survive major life crises and difficulties well. The term originally comes from materials science and there refers to the ability of a material not to break or bend even under tension and stress. Similar to a sponge or rubber ball that is squeezed and always finds its way back to its original shape, a resilient person can withstand stress well.
