Frankl’s Three-Dimensional Human Image
摘要
For Frankl, humans are three-dimensional beings (cf. Lukas 2006a, p. 20). They are physical, emotional, and spiritual at the same time. Each dimension has its own nature and is also independent. At the same time, they are in a special relationship with each other. In his book Medical Pastoral Care, Frankl writes: “Well, I would like to define humans as a unity despite their diversity”.
