Storytelling in Therapy Training and Supervision—Matryoshka
摘要
Therapeutic stories can be used not only in therapy, but also in training and supervision. They help to illustrate complex relationships and clarify goals. In this process, metaphors can be used to stimulate the organism for self-regulation and to test new perspectives and behaviors. Circular causalities are taken into account, and self-fulfilling prophecies can play a role. Therapists should adapt their methods to the individual needs of the clients in order to achieve successful results. For example, liberation stories can be used to dissolve destructively acting dependencies.
