Life Cycle of a Project

Projects run in individual phases that must be logically coordinated. At the beginning, the project objective must be clearly defined and the end of the life cycle is determined by the specified end result. To prevent problems, it is important that the rules of a logical process are followed. Especially the early phases play an important role, because in them the plans for the realization are created. Mistakes made in the early phases often have a major impact on the expensive subsequent phases. The life cycle, which is divided into phases, is the basis for determining the life cycle costs (LCC).
