Season of Birth and Human Longevity: A New Theory Why Children Born in November Live Longer

In Europe, humanTopicslife expectancy and month of birth individuals born in November live on average half a year longer than individuals born in May. The ultimate cause must involve the climate, because in the southern hemisphere, this pattern is reversed. However, it is still unclear how exactly environmental factors related to the season of birth affect longevity. We offer an explanation.
