The Strategic Alignment Process

In a dynamic environment management needs to have a recipe for how to deal with the challenges of complexity and speed, creating an organization which swiftly recognizes changes, learns how to deal with them, adjusts the strategy, and is agile enough to implement and execute this strategy.
