Spaghetti Diagram

The spaghetti diagram is an essential component of Lean Production within Six Sigma. It is a tool for process analysis and serves to visualize process flows and work procedures. Transport and walking paths are recorded in the diagram using an actual state analysis to identify waste and the associated efficiency losses and to implement optimization potentials.
