Worm-Like Movement, and the Tonsil was Inflamed
摘要
Within the last few decades, the frequency of rheumatic fever as a post-streptococcal disease has significantly decreased for reasons that remain unclear. The frequency of reactive arthritis and other possible diseases, such as neurological ones, also seems less present in everyday clinical practice. Therefore, it is all the more important to recognize these as “complications” and to consider them in differential diagnostic assessments. Two examples are provided to illustrate this difficulty in classification.
