Solutions to the Exercises

In this chapter the solutions to the exercises are presented. Due to the extent of the calculations, the solutions to the exercises do not contain any calculation steps, but only the final results. For the same reason, where a proof is to be given or an assumption is to be verified, the proof or the solution method is not included here.
