Introduction
摘要
The HaLT-Hamburg brief intervention for children and adolescents after acute alcohol intoxication was developed within the context of a research project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and evaluated in 2011–2014 as a sub-project of the research network Psychenet—Hamburg Network for Mental Health in a randomized controlled trial. The aim was to develop an intervention that is standardized, as it were, and thus evaluable, but which also leaves degrees of freedom for the individual counselling focus. The implementation of the basic empathic therapeutic attitude of Motivational Interviewing (MI) is thus particularly taken into account. The feedback of the HaLT-Hamburg counsellors and the members of the evaluation team as well as the results of the survey of the clinic staff involved were incorporated into this manual alongside the evaluation results on the effectiveness of the intervention.
