The New Guise of SE—GSE as a Solution Variant

In the final chapter “The new guise of SE—…” the current challenges of Systems Engineering are once again addressed and reflected upon, considering to what extent GSE can master these. This is followed by food for thought and a summarized presentation of the German as well as international societies of SE (GfSE and INCOSE) regarding the challenges that will shape Systems Engineering in the coming years or even decades. Finally, it outlines the needs accordingly in research and development of the interdisciplinary and standardized GSE approach.
