Spiritual Care im Rahmen der Kultur und Organisationsentwicklung – Erfahrungen in der Johannesstift Diakonie

Der Beitrag betrachtet vor dem Hintergrund der Erfahrungen in der Johannesstift Diakonie zu berücksichtigende Aspekte bei der Integration von Spiritual Care im Rahmen der Organisationsentwicklung. Er fokussiert insbesondere den Prozess der Implementierung eines Basiskurses Spiritual Care in Zusammenarbeit mit SpECi und nimmt dabei die Ebenen der Organisationsführung, der Mitarbeitenden und der Patient:innen, Bewohner:innen und Gäste in den Blick. On the background of experiences made at the Johannesstift Diakonie in Berlin, the article takes aspects into account which need to be considered when integrating spiritual care within the framework of organizational development. In particular, it focuses on the process of implementing a basic course “Spiritual Care” in cooperation with SpECi, having the levels of organizational management, employees, patients, residents and guests in view.
