Spirit in the House – SpECi als praktische, kontextbezogene Theologie im Evangelischen Krankenhaus Alsterdorf

Der Prozess „Spirit in the House“ empowert Mitarbeitende des Ev. Krankenhauses Alsterdorf, eigene Spiritualität im Kontakt mit christlicher Tradition zu gestalten und sensibilisiert sie damit gleichzeitig für die Begleitung von Patient:innen. Die Fortbildung mit den SpECi-Modulen ist ein wichtiger Impuls in diesem Prozess, der die Form eines hermeneutischen Zirkels hat. The “Spirit in the House” process empowers employees of the Ev. Alsterdorf Hospital (Hamburg) to shape their own spirituality in contact with Christian traditions and at the same time sensitizes them for accompanying patients. The training with the SpECi modules is an important impulse in this process, which has the shape of a hermeneutic circle.
