Vertrauen hat einen grundsätzlichen Bezug zur spirituellen Dimension des Lebens und ist von existenzieller Bedeutung für das konkrete Leben eines Menschen. Im Gesundheitswesen ist Vertrauen wichtige Grundlage und Faktor in Heilungsprozessen. Vertrauen bedarf des Schutzes. Wie gehen Mitarbeitende in Gesundheitsberufen mit ihnen Anvertrauten respektvoll, die Würde bewahrend und rechtssicher um? Das Grundrecht auf informationelle Selbstbestimmung garantiert das Recht des Einzelnen, grundsätzlich selbst über die Preisgabe und Verwendung seiner personenbezogenen Daten zu bestimmen. Was darf nun wer in einem multi- bzw. interprofessionellen Team über den/die Patient:in wissen?
