DiakonieCare – Vorläuferin von SpECi

Das Curriculum Existenzielle Kommunikation, Spiritualität und Selbstsorge im Pflegeberuf (DiakonieCare), in den Jahren 2010–2012 entwickelt, bezieht sich auf Art. 7 der Charta der Rechte hilfe- und pflegebedürftiger Menschen (2005, BMFSFJ und BMG) zu Religion, Kultur und Weltanschauung. Gefördert wurde es im Programm des Europäischen Sozialfonds rückenwind (3.0), dort im Förderbereich Entwicklung von Konzepten zur Einführung gesundheitsfördernder Arbeitsbedingungen in Einrichtungen der Sozialwirtschaft. Durchgeführt wurde es mit dem Ziel, die Verweildauer von Pflegekräften in ihrem Beruf zu erhöhen.
