Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Models
摘要
There are a multitude of theoretical models that attempt to explain the development of eating disorders. However, a unified, empirically supported model for the pathogenesis and maintenance of anorexia nervosa (AN) and bulimia nervosa (BN) does not exist. In the sense of a heuristic concept, behavioral therapeutic etiological ideas are based on a multifactorial model, in which three essential classes of “causes” play a role: predisposing, triggering, and maintaining factors (Laessle 2018).
