Test Process Suitability
摘要
The execution of measurements and the use of measuring equipment takes place within test processes in all phases of the product life cycle: development, production and field support. The analysis of measurement and test processes takes place within the framework of test planning. Test planning includes the planning of test procedures, test equipment, test aids, test scope and frequency, test personnel, test time, test location as well as the documentation of the test result with regard to the characteristics to be tested . Furthermore, inspection planning includes the definition of decision rules with regard to the inspection result. The present chapter first shows the fundamentals of the analysis of measurement and test processes, in particular on variables influencing the measurement result as well as the significance of measurement uncertainty. Furthermore the most important standards of test process suitability analysis for analyzing the suitability or capability of a test process with regard to the given test object specifications are explained.
