Phase 2: ADP (Analyze/Design/Plan)

The ADP phase (ADP = Analyse Design Plan) enables project and product teams to make concrete and binding statements about the implementation of their project or product within a short time and to prepare them. The ADP phase is the most important phase in HYPERID, which, among other things, also makes the greatest contribution to HYPERID’s ability to ensure the planning and implementation of each project type. This is mainly achieved with the help of the core design and the three ADP approximations that take place in this phase after the scope analysis and result in different approximations of duration, cost and implementation process that ensure the successful implementation of the associated project type.
