摘要

This text of Chapter 4 is part of a modular system with concrete, pragmatically applicable tools for culture change. Culture change here refers to the so-called non-technical part of change processes, i.e. a sustainable change in the behavior and attitudes of the people within an organization. This chapter describes the second of four phases of a systematically supported culture change, the planning. It describes how the appropriate interventions for the attitude and behavior changes of different target groups described in phase 1 can be developed. In doing so, it provides numerous practical examples of possible interventions along all four dimensions of the AC model, which takes into account both the individual actors and the context. The chapter also deals with the design and the quality of a concise change story, which communicates core messages both rationally convincing and emotionally inspiring. The chapter also shows how a change agent network is built, which covers the organization and carries the change into the organization. Finally, the chapter describes the planning and control of a culture change project, including relevant milestones, steering logic, and project meetings.
