This chapter presents the conceptual design and architecture of the proposed AI-driven decision support framework to improve energy efficiency. It emphasizes the framework’s core concepts, terminology, and structural interactions, while also highlighting how it extends beyond conventional decision support approaches. By systematically integrating data analytics, causal reasoning, and narrative-driven decision support, the framework establishes a conceptual and theoretical foundation for AI-driven decision support.
