Conclusion
摘要
In conclusion, this thesis investigated the concept of kindness in business leadership through the structure of the Practical Syllogism framework. It has provided a practical definition of kind leadership and explored its utility by focusing on the importance of (normative) values, the challenges potentially posed by reality to kindness, and the investments required to cultivate kindness in business leadership, such as self-restraint. This simple premise addresses the importance of regulating first rather than merely emphasizing the importance of doing good.
