This chapter explores investment in kind leadership through applying an Ethical Compass framework, thereby transitioning from a gain-oriented framework to a broader, normative view that prioritizes do no harm as a fundamental principle. By perceiving kindness as a critical investment, we emphasize how leaders might actively avoid illegitimate harm and nurture trust within their organizations.
