The present chapter explores the first level of the Practical Syllogism framework—values—by establishing a theoretical foundation for understanding kindness in leadership. As a concept, kindness is often associated with benevolent actions. However, the overall focus of this thesis explores the application of kindness through negative heuristics; it explores investing in the prevention of illegitimate harm through the use of the Ethical Compass as a tool for developing kind leadership.

摘要
