In the preceding chapters, we conducted a data analysis of judicial documents from China’s judicial practice to explore the characteristics of systemic corruption, as exemplified by unit bribery crimes. The analysis indicates that corruption has become deeply embedded in China’s economic and social structure during its development process, while anti-corruption practices exhibit complex issues such as blurred boundaries and difficulties in enforcement. This chapter shifts the research focus from the textual level of judicial documents to the judicial actors behind them, focusing on the attitudes and collective mindset of legal professionals toward corporate bribery crimes.

摘要
