In this chapter, the main focus is on the definition of a methodology that can automatically generate causal explanations for RL agents. Hence, the final goal of this part is to address the RQ1. In the following, the core problem that has to be solved is how to automate the creation of explanations for model-free RL algorithms to answer “Why” and “Why not” questions.
