In this chapter, I briefly summarize the current state of affairs regarding “Global Change.” This topic is, after all, very prominent in the public sphere. I attempt to shed new light on some aspects of the subject without reinventing the wheel. At the end of the chapter, I demonstrate why it is not so easy to solve this problem, since the interests of the individual and the group are not always identical.
