Phase V—The House on the Coast—Gaining Perspective and Security
摘要
The path out of burnout is a lengthy one. Even as work capacity gradually and steadily increases, this does not mean that everything is simply back to normal and running smoothly for those affected. This transitional phase on the way back to everyday life is demanding, and it is important here, too, to approach it consciously and mindfully, allowing oneself to try new paths and gather new, empowering experiences. This process involves new decisions, new encounters, and new insights, which also include the social environment. The concept of basic positions is explained simply and clearly, illustrating how people can interact with others as equals without losing sight of themselves. The concept of permissions offers a helpful approach, providing tools and pathways for self-awareness and new possibilities.
