Learning, therefore speaking south Slavonic languages might sound as a challenge. The ways people learn them differ from the types of learners, from the learning context and also from the instruction they get. This paper emphasises the understanding of processes and the instruction of the speaking skill in Croatian (BCMS): It gives insights into complexity of automating processes that help to accelerate the command of spoken language. It differentiates between the explicit and implicit learning of languages and gives a pedagogical concept of one of the possibilities how to train the speaking skill at language levels (A1-B1).
