The eighth chapter presents the concluding discussion of this work. Section 8.1 derives practical implications for organizations based on the preceding research findings. This is followed in Sect. 8.2 by an outline of the limitations of the qualitative-quantitative study and a discussion of potential starting points for future research. The work concludes with a summary that synthesizes the answers to the defined research questions (Sect. 8.3).
