This dissertation has investigated the challenges and opportunities in leveraging open-source information for automated and proactive Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI). Through systematic analysis and development of novel methodologies, we have demonstrated significant advances in automating critical aspects of the CTI cycle while maintaining high standards of accuracy and reliability.
