Practical Transfer: Diversity Training for Journalists
摘要
A journalistic diversity training is designed, implemented, evaluated, and revised. The objective is to impart the ability to conduct reflections and analyses regarding systems of thought, structures, groups, and/or organizations from a critical, multidimensional, and intersectional perspective on representation, in order to subsequently act with sensitivity to diversity. The evaluation demonstrated that the learning objective can be effectively conveyed using ethnological perspectives and the didactic concept.
