Building on previous work, this chapter further specifies the study's central research question: “Are citizenship education processes in relation to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict initiated through the German-Israeli youth exchange?” by deriving additional research questions and formulating hypotheses grounded in existing theoretical and empirical framework.
