It has been shown that the combination of assemblage and complexity theory can provide new perspectives on the diversity of interest and expectation contradictions that play a role in organizational contexts, leading to a multidimensional theory of contradiction-assemblage. The following three subchapters will delve into some of these aspects. The first subchapter discusses key findings from expert interviews from an assemblage perspective in the context of the introduced three-level model. The second subchapter addresses the role of strategic organizational communication in contradiction-assemblages. The third subchapter establishes connections to neoinstitutionalism due to strong conceptual points of contact, demonstrating the potential for further deepening of this connection.
