An exploratory study on contradiction constellations and events, which is described in this section, ties into the previous theoretical discussion. This empirical investigation serves to expand certain aspects of the theoretical part and also has an illustrative function for the theory. To this end, qualitative expert interviews were conducted with consultants of an international consulting firm specializing in strategic communication. Miro, a tool for virtual team collaboration, was used in the implementation. The results provide deep insights into the real dynamics of interest and expectation contradictions.
