This PhD thesis attempts not only to explore, but also to provide answers to the investigated issue, namely the signing and maintenance of the contractual relationships within a PPA. In this regard, the economic dimension is harmoniously combined with the legal one, taking into consideration the international dimension, offered not only by the European Union, but also by its Member States, which have managed to have a flourishing PPA market.

摘要

This PhD thesis attempts not only to explore, but also to provide answers to the investigated issue, namely the signing and maintenance of the contractual relationships within a PPA.
