ParaDigMA investigates the challenges for co-determination in companies that have just been discussed, using comparative case studies (Pflüger et al. 2010). At the heart of this design are case studies with theme-centered interviews from the perspective of those affected, supplemented by observations of co-determination practices in companies (see below). The entire approach is exploratory in terms of the research intention and research interest.

摘要

ParaDigMA investigates the challenges for co-determination in companies that have just been discussed, using comparative case studies (Pflüger et al. 2010). At the heart of this design are case studies with theme-centered interviews from the perspective of those affected, supplemented by observations of co-determination practices in companies (see below). The entire approach is exploratory in terms of the research intention and research interest.
