Based on two qualitative interview studies, this chapter presents how children and parents experienced the changes in school-based learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, with particular emphasis on families in disadvantaged living conditions. Against the background of Bourdieu’s capital theory, the results are discussed in terms of how cultural and social resources affect successful distance learning.
