Architecture-Related Planning Perspectives
摘要
When investigating the question of how architecture influences the well-being of residents and how and whether it is capable of promoting cohesion, one must first consider the framework set for architecture and the scope that exists. The Spinelli site is a suitable example for discussing this question, in that from the beginning, key decisions were subordinate to the stated goal of a mixed coherent urban quarter. The master plan developed for this purpose lays the foundation with all its detailed decisions for urban development, but also for traffic and the use of urban and open spaces.
