Sales Policy as a Marketing Tool of the Insurance Company

The characteristics of the insurance product and the often low interest of private customers in insurance matters are responsible for the great importance of (person-related) sales. Although the basic need for insurance is present, the specific insurance need in individual cases usually has to be aroused by intermediaries. Hence, an old wisdom applies: Insurances are sold, rarely actively bought. This also results in the importance of sales policy as a marketing tool.
