While no significant causal relationship was found between workplace stress factors and menstrual health outcomes, perceived stress emerged as a significant factor influencing women’s occupational well-being, including menstrual health. Gender-specific stress responses, leadership effectiveness, and team cohesion were identified as critical workplace dynamics impacting perceived stress levels. The analysis reveals that effective leadership and supportive work environments play a pivotal role in mitigating stress-related challenges and fostering menstrual health. Additionally, menstrual symptoms, such as mood swings and reduced productivity, were identified as significant workplace stressors, underscoring the need for workplace policies that prioritize women's health. The chapter emphasizes the importance of addressing menstrual health needs through education, inclusive workplace cultures, and leadership practices that promote work-life balance and employee well-being.
