摘要
This chapter presents the findings from the survey, structured into descriptive and inferential statistical analyses. The descriptive statistics provide an overview of the sample group, addressing general demographic information, work environment, and factors related to menstruation and reproductive health. Key areas covered include workplace culture and environment, period-friendliness, awareness of menstruation-related challenges, measurements for menstruation management and cycle health, and sick leave related to menstrual or cycle-related symptoms. The survey also assesses perceived stress levels and their relationship with menstruation and the work environment. In terms of work-related factors, the analysis highlights the impact of company policies, leadership quality, and team cohesion on menstruation and stress. Descriptive data also cover the effect of organizational support for menstrual health and the availability of resources for managing cycle-related symptoms. Inferential statistics reveal significant relationships between work environment variables, leadership, and perceived stress, with specific attention to their influence on menstrual health. The results show notable associations between workplace culture, stress, and overall well-being, underscoring the importance of a supportive work environment for addressing menstruation-related challenges. The chapter concludes with an examination of the technical aspects of the survey data, including participant demographics, platform usage, and survey response trends.
